About the role

  • Teamlead in field service managing customer product placements in consumer retail. Organizing staff training, quality control and communication with team and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product shelving and merchandising according to customer specifications
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training staff
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with staff, clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship)
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Lead-by-example attitude and strong motivational skills
  • Valid Class B driver's license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or people management preferred
