- Knowledge in the fields of Hydrology, Hydraulics, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering (concrete structures) and Environmental Planning
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork and structured thinking
- Experience with software such as iTWO, ArcGIS or CAD is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of procurement, construction and contract law is advantageous
