About the role
- Senior SAP Project Manager managing S/4HANA project integration in a hybrid environment. Leading planning and coordination of deliverables with internal and external partners from Budapest.
Responsibilities
- Defining tasks within individual project streams and coordinating them professionally with internal and external partners (including development, migration, testing, integration, and cutover)
- Coordinating deliverables from external partners (system integrators and legacy vendors), including reviewing deliverables
- Resource planning and coordination of internal team members’ involvement in the project
- Preparing regular status reports and reporting to senior management
- Managing escalations, keeping Program Management informed, and providing input for further escalations
- Preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in SAP project environments in roles such as project lead or system integrator (ECC, S/4, or BW)
- Proven experience in the following areas: business impact analysis, system analysis, testing, migration, cutover
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of process mapping in an SAP environment
- Fluent English, suitable for professional and client-facing communication.
