Responsibilities
Lead a team of coordinators and specialists
Mentor and guide team members in building software engineering strategies
Support the Engineering Manager in the horizontal organization of this competency
Drive strategies for attracting and developing software development professionals
Structure teams and the technical foundation to ensure proper product operation
Carry out people management and development activities
Lead processes, tools and capacity planning for quality product deliveries
Drive software engineering topics with leaders from other technical horizontals
Pair with GPMs and PMs to understand business challenges
