About the role
- Risk Analyst focused on training and materials development for credit risk teams at Sicredi. Engage with stakeholders to enhance communication and training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs across all entities of the system, with an emphasis on cooperatives, related to credit risk, regulations and risk systems.
- Plan, develop and deliver in-person and online trainings, tailoring content to the audience and their technical maturity level.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, learning indicators and practical application.
- Develop technical and operational content to support autonomous operations by the cooperatives, including: practical guides, operational manuals, FAQs, explanatory videos and presentations.
- Prepare agendas, presentations and executive materials for forums, ensuring qualified and focused discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Communications and/or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ease working in regulatory environments and with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience delivering in-person and online trainings.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Programming language knowledge is a plus.
