About the role

  • Data Analysis: collect, process, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends and opportunities. Prepare scenario studies and business diagnostics. Support teams in measuring results, identifying opportunities and patterns. Define performance indicators (KPIs). Apply advanced statistical methods, such as clustering and probability distributions.
  • Report Generation and Insights: prepare reports, dashboards and presentations with actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Development of Complex Analyses: apply advanced statistical methods.
  • Collaboration with Other Areas: work closely with business teams to ensure alignment on analyses. Interact with different roles across the data pipeline.
  • Product Development: monitor product development from conception to production results.
  • Data Strategy Management: maintain documentation to manage the data strategy, including democratization, governance and quality. Contribute to technical and business evolution.
  • Request Handling: assist in addressing requests with analyses and data extractions. Prioritize the pipeline, align with stakeholders and raise technical needs.
  • Mentoring and Training: organize training sessions and mentorships for less senior analysts.
  • Broad, Product- and Business-Oriented Perspective: help in understanding and building relevant data solutions and studies.
  • Application of Best Practices: apply best practices and knowledge to promote a data-driven culture and usage of data.
  • Participate in data processes for product development, from conception to monitoring production results and their indicators (upstream and downstream).
  • Take ownership of continuous improvements in the data structure, connected with the central team, engineering and product teams.

Requirements

  • Proficient SQL skills for advanced data analysis and optimization.
  • Expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI for building impactful dashboards.
  • Extensive experience in data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in delivering business intelligence training and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to raise relevant questions based on available data for subsequent analysis.
  • Leadership skills to lead BI initiatives and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strategic thinking to identify improvement opportunities based on data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability to face complex business challenges.
  • Good practices in data analytics, data engineering and data science.
  • Data governance and familiarity with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Systems Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related areas.
  • Education Level: Bachelor's degree – completed or in progress.
