Responsibilities
Develop credit recovery models, considering the different member segments, strategies and Sicredi products;
Implement, together with the technology team, the models developed by the credit recovery team;
Perform model review, recalculation and calibration when appropriate;
Produce studies and new proposals on credit recovery topics, understanding member profiles, products and stages of the credit cycle;
Collaborate with various product teams, supporting analysis and new data/information perspectives;
Interact with different roles across the data process (analysts, data engineers, data scientists and business analysts);
Maintain required documentation for deliverables;
Continuously evolve technically and keep skills up to date.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics or related areas;
Experience with statistical modeling applied to the credit market;
Strong writing, synthesis and communication skills;
Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, Spark, SQL and SAS;
Practical experience in data analysis, KPI monitoring and development of ad-hoc studies;
Knowledge and hands-on experience in the credit market;
Intermediate English is desirable.
