Responsibilities
- Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning;
- Big Data and analytical visualization;
- Experience in prediction, classification and recommendation projects, turning large volumes of data into strategic business insights;
- Strong foundation in statistics, programming (Python/R/SQL) and machine learning frameworks, combined with communication skills and data storytelling;
- Required technical skills: development in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and R (dplyr);
- SQL, Spark, API development and web scraping, machine learning (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch);
- Predictive modeling (regression, classification, clustering, time series);
- Data engineering (NiFi, Airflow);
- Data visualization (Power BI);
- DevOps and MLOps (Git, Flask, Docker, Kubernetes);
- In addition, important behavioral skills include: communication, time and schedule management, change management, resilience, teamwork, problem solving and creativity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;
- Proven experience in the role;
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement;
