About the role

  • Data Analyst role in user experience research at Sicredi. Analyzing data to enhance user interaction and business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare scenario studies and business diagnostics;
  • Develop and support teams in measuring results, identifying opportunities, trends and patterns in data sets;
  • Technical work in developing and monitoring the organization’s performance indicators;
  • Demonstrate collaboration as a core behavior;
  • Communicate with members of your team and other teams to promote improved analytical capability;
  • Interact with the different roles in the data pipeline (engineers, other analysts, data scientists and business analysts);
  • Follow the product development process from conception to monitoring results in production (upstream and downstream);
  • Participate in the Data Analysis Chapter to learn and understand patterns, tools and processes, and to encourage and promote the dissemination of a data culture across colleagues and teams;
  • Maintain the necessary documentation to enable management of the data strategy (democratization, governance, quality, etc.);
  • Keep continuously evolving both technically and in business knowledge.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SQL for advanced data analysis and optimization.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI for creating impactful dashboards.
  • Extensive experience in data modeling and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in delivering business intelligence training and sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to raise relevant questions based on available data for further analysis.
  • Leadership skills to lead BI initiatives and drive strategic decisions.
  • Strategic thinking to identify opportunities for improvement based on data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability to face complex business challenges.
  • Experience with analytical and visualization tools;
  • Building queries for relational and non-relational databases;
  • Exploratory data analysis;
  • Code versioning management;
  • BI and KPI concepts;
  • Data analytics and data visualization;
  • Storytelling;
  • Descriptive statistics;
  • Data governance and LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law);
