About the role
- AI Governance Specialist at Sicredi implementing practices for ethical AI. Ensuring compliance and monitoring risks while supporting governance committees.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and automate AI indicators (value, risk, quality, cost, usage, and compliance) directly within tools and platforms
- Develop technical and operational metrics for models, agents, and AI solutions
- Implement continuous monitoring (performance, drift, bias, cost, availability)
- Provide technical support to AI Governance Committees, supplying evidence and analyses
- Integrate AI indicators with business, risk, and compliance data
- Support technical audits and automated controls
- Work on standardizing metrics, logs, and audit trails
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
- Advanced coursework in:
- Technical AI Governance
- MLOps / Observability
- Model Metrics and Monitoring
- Responsible AI (bias, explainability, and risk)
- Tools and Technologies 🔧
- Languages: Python, SQL
- AI/ML platforms and LLMs
- Monitoring and observability tools
- BI and visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
