Responsibilities
Building services specialist planning (TGA) with a focus on Building Automation (GA) across all HOAI service phases — from basic evaluation (Grundlagenermittlung) to project support.
Technical coordination and interface planning with other building services trades such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary (HKLS) and electrical engineering.
Preparation of tender documents and participation in the awarding of construction contracts.
Monitoring execution quality and ensuring adherence to cost and schedule plans on site.
Requirements
Degree in building services or electrical engineering with a focus on Building Automation (GA) or measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR), or an equivalent technical qualification (e.g., technician, master craftsman) with solid specialist knowledge.
Professional experience in building automation desirable.
Comprehensive understanding of technically complex systems and knowledge of the planning process for plumbing, heating, ventilation, cooling and/or electrical engineering.
Strong communication skills, team orientation, and an independent, structured working style.
