About the role
- Client Consultant coordinating design-related projects and acting as the key contact for stakeholders in a renowned German corporation. Responsible for project management and communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Operational management and coordination of design-related projects within the Executive Board environment
- Primary point of contact for Board offices, executive assistants and Brand Management
- Close coordination between client, agency and internal design and account teams
- Responsibility for briefing, prioritization, scheduling, scope and status communication
- Proactive and transparent updates to all relevant stakeholders, including for short-notice or smaller requests
- Ensuring clean documentation in shared tools
- Sensitive expectation- and boundary-management in high-pressure, complex environments
- Solution-oriented communication, including when it is necessary to clearly define constraints
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, account management or advisory roles, preferably in an agency or corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Confident presence, decisiveness and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and structured in time-critical or politically sensitive situations
- Understanding of complex stakeholder structures and decision-making processes
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel for regular and occasionally short-notice meetings
