Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and collaborate with a team of software engineers and analysts informally to ensure successful project execution and delivery
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, architects, analysts, testers, etc., to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Actively participate in analysis processes, working collaboratively with technical teams to analyze project requirements, design software solutions, and optimize development workflows for higher efficiency and effectiveness
- Produce analysis outputs including user behavior analysis, product metrics dashboards, and data-driven insights to shape product decisions
- Contribute to design production by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user experience optimizations
- Take ownership in product development from feature definition to delivery, actively participating in the product lifecycle
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, etc.) to enhance productivity
- Work effectively with AI agents and agentic workflows, delegating appropriate tasks to AI systems while maintaining oversight and quality control
- Utilize design tools like Figma and similar platforms for product analysis and design processes
- Develop and implement robust software development and analysis processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance
- Drive software design, development, testing, and deployment in alignment with project goals and timelines
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering fields
- Advanced level English language skills
- Proven experience in software development, product analysis, and optimizing analysis processes
- Experience in coding within a team environment in a software company is a strong advantage
- Native-level proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Figma Make, Cursor, etc.)
- Experience working with AI agents and agentic approaches to automate and optimize workflows
- Demonstrated experience in providing informal guidance and collaborating effectively with team members
- Expertise in software development methodologies, processes, and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and similar platforms for collaborative product analysis and design
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, etc.)
- SQL, Python, or R skills for data analysis (AI-assisted coding experience is a plus)
- Familiarity and experience with cloud products and platforms, especially AWS and Azure, is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A track record of successful product analysis and development delivery
- An understanding of B2B market dynamics are highly desirable
- Intrinsic motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially AI tools and methodologies.
