About the role

  • Industrial Project Analyst at SERENG responsible for analyzing project documentation and SAP maintenance modules. Collaborating with engineering teams and managing project controls for mining and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze project documentation (technical drawings, HLDs, architectures, floor plans, etc.)
  • Use the SAP maintenance module (items, plans, installation locations, technical lists)
  • Build reports and plan the execution process for Initial Control
  • Interface with the operational technology, current and capital project teams
  • Interface with EIA Engineering and maintenance teams to deliver Initial Control outputs
  • Develop the maintenance and materials strategy for automation, electrical and instrumentation assets of the project during Initial Control preparation
  • Execute Initial Control for Plant, Mine and Port projects
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Initial Control process.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the SAP computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
  • Critical judgment regarding deliverables
  • Communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proactive profile with a high degree of autonomy in project and contract management processes, strong communication skills across stakeholder areas, and the ability to collaborate across multiple directorates
  • Preferred experience in Projects, Reliability and/or Maintenance Strategy for plants, ports and mines.
