About the role
- Qualified accounting technician managing accounts receivable and payable for Sentrex Health Solutions’ partner pharmacy. Working in a hybrid role based in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC.
Responsibilities
- Vérifier s’il y a des erreurs dans les états de compte.
- Communiquer et collaborer avec le personnel du siège social.
- Faire le rapprochement de comptes au besoin.
- Envoyer les factures aux clients (patients, cliniques, etc.).
- Traiter les paiements Interac et les paiements aux fournisseurs.
- Faire correspondre les montants à ceux des comptes des patients; se servir d’Excel pour trouver les données.
- Entrer les paiements par chèque dans Excel, déposer les chèques et se connecter à Xero.
- Entrer les paiements par carte de crédit dans le système de comptes clients.
- Gérer les questions se rapportant aux ressources humaines : embauches, démissions, ouverture de comptes REER, adhésion aux régimes d’assurance, etc.
- Suivre les chèques retournés avec la Banque Scotia.
- Créer des rapports dans Excel et Power BI et interagir avec ces rapports.
Requirements
- Diplôme en comptabilité, tenue de comptes ou commerce, ou expérience de travail connexe
- Deux ans d’expérience en finances et/ou comptabilité
- Un an d’expérience en ressources humaines et/ou soutien administratif - atout majeur
- Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer verbalement et par écrit - anglais et français requis.
- Solides compétences en informatique – suite Microsoft Office et logiciel de comptabilité.
- Capacité éprouvée à travailler efficacement avec des renseignements confidentiels et sensibles – qualité essentielle.
- Excellent sens de l’organisation et excellentes compétences en gestion du temps.
