- In-depth understanding of accounting requirements for regulated & unregulated/alternative fund structures across major European domiciles
- Demonstrated experience delivering change and improvement in complex operating environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-visibility, senior stakeholder engagement
- Confident, structured thinker who can simplify complexity and influence desired business and client outcomes
