Responsibilities
Account management and maintenance of existing customers in the Netherlands and Belgium
Acquisition, consulting and support of new customers (architects, construction companies, glass processors)
Identification of market potential, market monitoring, competitive analyses and development of tailored solutions for our customers
Conducting product trainings and technical consultation meetings
Calculating and preparing quotations and contracts
Goal- and results-oriented order processing
Coordinating customer requirements with interface departments
Participation in trade fairs and events
Regular reporting to sales management and maintenance of the CRM system
Promoting and further developing sales through own initiatives
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written Dutch
Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in construction, glass or related industries
Experience in field sales, preferably in the sale of technical products or building materials
Strong technical understanding (experience with insulating glass products is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel within the specified regions (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems
Valid driving licence (Class B)
