About the role

  • IT Support Specialist providing helpdesk and technical support for internal users. Handling user accounts, installations, and IT documentation while ensuring smooth operation of systems.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process and document support requests through our helpdesk system
  • Provide telephone support and guidance to internal users for technical questions and IT issues
  • Manage and administer user accounts in Active Directory
  • Install, configure and maintain client systems (LeafOS/Windows)
  • Support patch management and software deployment to clients
  • Contribute to IT projects and continuously optimize our internal processes
  • IT documentation: maintain manuals, FAQ articles and knowledge base entries
  • Hardware management: set up, distribute and maintain workstation hardware (PCs, notebooks, peripherals)
  • Monitoring: oversee systems and services to detect disruptions early

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in first-level support
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Commitment, team spirit, strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
