About the role

• Part-time student position in personnel consulting, career advising, and marketing at select if Personalberatung. Support team with applicant management, marketing activities, and online presence.

Responsibilities

• Support our team in its varied day-to-day activities.
• Take responsibility for implementing a professional applicant management process and for creating and placing our job advertisements.
• Assist the team with executing marketing activities and maintaining our online presence.
• Apply your skills in the preparation and execution of assessment centers.
• Enjoy working in a modern, open consulting firm, where you will take on the following tasks in recruitment and marketing:
• Contribute to diverse client projects (preparing job specifications, drafting job postings, and researching candidates, e.g., on social media)
• Manage applicants throughout the recruitment process — from handling incoming applications to supporting interview coordination
• Prepare and support coaching sessions on various career-related topics
• Conduct benchmarks to develop new service offerings in cooperation with management
• Optimize and further develop our online presence (website, social media)
• Support the team with various administrative tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, preparatory bookkeeping and more.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a business-related degree program such as Economics or Business Psychology and have an interest in HR consulting and marketing.
• You impress us with an open and personable manner.
• You approach a varied range of tasks with motivation and drive.
• You have strong organizational skills.
• You bring high enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn and can work independently to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• In interactions with colleagues and managers you demonstrate team spirit, strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• You are confident in using MS Office programs.
