Responsibilities
Uncover user needs
generate solutions through sketches and prototypes
validate concepts and evolve designs based on data and user input
Apply research findings, analytics, and usability testing to iterate and improve product experiences
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both desktop and mobile environments
Contribute to and build upon the design system
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional trifecta (UX, Product, and Development)
Partner with developers throughout hand off and build process
Help document design decisions, patterns, and specifications
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in UX design
An online portfolio showcasing UX design work and process
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., User Experience Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or similar)
Strong UX and visual design skills
Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and usability heuristics
Proven experience delivering design solutions in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces
Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, or similar)
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
