Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers.
  • Strategize and build reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Develop predictive models and scoring logic to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, configure, and maintain AI workflows.
  • Build and iterate on automations to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in operations, business intelligence, or automation engineering.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools (Power BI), and Excel/Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI or workflow automation platforms (e.g., Workato, UIPath, Gainsight automation).
  • Familiarity with CRM and CX systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Gainsight.
  • Ability to turn raw data into insights and clear recommendations.
  • Comfortable failing fast and iterating until a solution works.
