  • Procurement Officer leading diverse procurement projects at National Records of Scotland. Researching, sourcing, and supporting colleagues in procurement activities while ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a diverse range of procurement projects
  • Research and source appropriate goods and services
  • Support colleagues and ensure procurement policies and procedures are followed
  • Demonstrate value for money and meet deadlines reflecting customer needs
  • Support procurement initiatives related to organisational objectives
  • Liaise with requisitioners and manage the end-to-end procurement process
