Responsibilities
- Development with a focus on Vue.js: building modern web applications using a contemporary frontend stack
- Code quality & best practices: ensuring high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: close cooperation with designers, developers, and other team members to implement innovative solutions in interdisciplinary teams.
- Performance & stability: optimizing web application performance and ensuring stable, smooth functionality across different platforms.
- Documentation & knowledge transfer: documenting code, architectures, and technical specifications to sustainably support the team and projects.
- Technology evaluation: actively participating in the assessment and adoption of new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continually improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing web applications with Vue.js (ideally Vue 3) and familiarity with other modern frameworks such as React or Angular
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common web standards and technologies
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and working in agile development methodologies
- Team player with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably
- Strong quality awareness, an eye for detail, and a solid understanding of user experience (UX)
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- German language skills at minimum C1 level
- Initial practical experience with agile working methods, e.g., Scrum or Kanban
- Enthusiasm for AI-based technologies and workflows
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and excellent communication skills
