About the role
- Mentoring participants in the AI Software Engineering Bootcamp at Digitale Leute School. Supporting their transition into tech roles through coaching and hands-on projects.
Responsibilities
- Support participants with questions about modern web and AI technologies
- Conduct 1:1 mentoring sessions, group formats, and code reviews
- Provide feedback on projects, experiments, and architectural decisions
- Collaborate with our top instructors from leading tech companies (Airbnb, Miro, Shopify, Atlassian, Delivery Hero, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of learning materials and support the curriculum team
- Guide participants through all phases of the bootcamp
Requirements
- Some practical experience in software development with modern technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js)
- Enthusiasm for AI, machine learning, and modern developer tools (e.g., GPT, LangChain, Vercel, n8n, Pinecone)
- Enjoy teaching, coaching, and working in a team
- Independent, structured working style and strong communication skills
- Optional: experience with online learning platforms, cloud environments, and GitHub
