About the role
- AI Software Engineer role with Digitale Leute School, focusing on product development and AI integration. Engage in hands-on training and job placement support after a three-month bootcamp.
Responsibilities
- From developer to co-creator: As AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence on product development will grow.
- You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and turn your insights into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
- Architecture & responsibility in the AI era: You build software that not only works but is well-structured and sustainable long-term — based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns.
- You identify risks when deploying AI, monitor its decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits, and system performance.
- AI-supported development & deployment: You use modern AI tools to develop stable prototypes or full MVPs, test them automatically, and deploy them securely.
- You keep track of AI decisions — from the quality and compliance with your requirements to observability in live operations.
- Orchestrate AI as a team member: You purposefully deploy AI within the team, develop agents for different tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration.
- You automate workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP — to build real AI features that add value.
