Responsibilities

• From developer to co-creator: As AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence on product development will grow.
• You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and translate your findings into roadmaps and product-focused backlogs.
• Architecture & responsibility in the AI era: You will develop software that not only works but is well-structured and sustainable in the long term.
• AI-supported development & deployment: You will use modern AI tools to build stable prototypes or full MVPs, automate testing, and deploy securely.
• Orchestrate AI as a team member: You will deploy AI purposefully within the team, develop agents for different tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration.
