Responsibilities
Support the legal department on all civil law matters.
Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts across various areas of law.
Conduct legal research in the relevant areas of law.
Analyze developments in sports law and regulations issued by governing bodies.
Derive practical recommendations for action from recent case law.
Requirements
Above-average result in the First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen).
Ability to present complex facts clearly and concisely.
Strong communication skills.
Team player.
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
Careful, reliable, responsible and independent working style.
Proficient written and spoken English.
Interest in the specific legal issues of professional sports.
Proficiency with common IT systems, especially MS Office and electronic legal databases.
