Responsibilities
Support the legal department in all legal matters relating to civil law
Contribute to the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts from various areas of law
Conduct legal research across all relevant legal fields and prepare the results in a clear and understandable manner
Work closely with the club's various internal departments and stakeholders
Monitor developments in sports law and analyze federation/association regulations
Track current case law and derive relevant recommendations for action for the club
Help to further develop and secure legal processes and standards within the club
Requirements
Above-average result in the First State Examination in Law (erstes juristisches Staatsexamen)
Ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably
Confident command of English, both written and spoken
Strong interest in the specific legal issues and framework conditions of professional sports
Proficient with common IT systems, in particular MS Office, and electronic legal databases
Willingness and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
Commitment to continuously develop your legal expertise
