About the role

• ERP Developer optimizing Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC for FC Schalke 04. Collaborating with stakeholders and enhancing ERP systems to support club operations.

Responsibilities

• You develop and optimize our ERP systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 2016, to support all business processes across the club.
• You are responsible for integrations and interfaces between various systems and applications such as finance, ticketing and merchandise.
• You analyze requirements from the business units and implement solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders.
• You troubleshoot errors and provide support for technical ERP issues.
• You conduct training and produce documentation on ERP processes and systems for internal users.
• You monitor the existing system landscape and ensure its performance, security and efficiency.
• You actively drive the continuous development of our ERP landscape.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist in application development or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid experience in developing and customizing ERP systems — ideally with strong knowledge of C/AL, AL and SQL.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to reliably map them in ERP systems.
• Independent, structured working style and strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient results.
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and close collaboration with other departments to capture and implement requirements.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
