• Pre-Engineering Specialist managing TAB projects in both office and field environments. Collaborating with technicians and engineering staff to enhance project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive TAB test plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
• Accurately enter Pre-TAB data into designated platforms, such as Airbnb or other company-specific software.
• Draft and submit clear and concise RFIs to address information gaps or resolve project ambiguities.
• Collaborate with field technicians to facilitate smooth job turnovers and ensure seamless project completion.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise on job sites by working directly with field technicians and project teams.
• Engage with engineering staff to enhance technical knowledge and improve job performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• NEBB or AABC Certification is preferred.
• Previous experience or background in TAB is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software.
