- Definition, implementation and follow-up of standardized processes, methods, and tools in coordination with Division, Regions and other Functions

- Represents Operations SPS Industrial Engineering & Tool Service
- Drives forward the worldwide development of IE a& Tool Service within process, methods tools, and standards
- Communicates results and performs alignments on all communication platforms of the Schaeffler Group
- Creation and maintenance of specific system documents
- Creation and maintenance of specific trainings
- Coordination with internal Stakeholders
Requirements
- Technical or business administration or comparable studies
- Extensive knowledge within the Industrial engineering area
- Several years (2-5) experience in a production environment
- Experience within project management
- Well-founded method know-how for workshops
- Language skills (both oral and written): Fluent English skills – mandatory
- Good German skills – optional (open to German courses)
