About the role

  • Associate Engineer in Manufacturing Process optimizing manufacturing processes and conducting mechanical tests for product quality at Celestica. Responsible for lab equipment maintenance and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing for quality, cost and delivery goals.
  • Perform mechanical tests and analyze data for manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Write analysis reports and assist in lab equipment procurement.

Requirements

  • Responsible for designing, developing, deploying and optimizing processes for manufacturing
  • Perform daily mechanical and reliability tests, including Tensile, Strain, Shadow Moiré, ATC (Accelerated Thermal Cycling), HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test), Vibration, and packaging qualification.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment.
  • Analyze test data and write comprehensive analysis reports within defined timelines.
  • Assist in the evaluation and procurement of new lab equipment.
