Responsibilities
Assisting with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Supporting the maintenance of our IAM system while working collaboratively with team members.
Participating in solution development and process improvement to enhance identity and access management practices.
Performing monitoring and reporting tasks to ensure system reliability and security.
Documenting procedures and solutions to contribute to the team's knowledge base and user guides.
Participating in team meetings to share insights and ideas for enhancing operations.
Engaging in various IAM tasks that support business activities to provide a well-rounded experience.
Requirements
Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges.
Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus.
