About the role
- Manager leading the Simulation Test Unit for TRATON's autonomous driving solutions. Driving strategic initiatives and optimizing team processes while collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in scouting the market of strategic tools and strategic partners to fulfil the Unit's mission
- Take the lead in moving the group forward and enabling its capacity to reach our objectives
- As a member of the management group, help optimizing the flow landscape for the teams with SAFe as the guiding star, contribute to our strategic decisions and work with our continuous improvements of processes
- Collaborate with internal customers and fellow units within Traton
- Lead through our Traton leadership principles, embrace diversity and build strong and motivated teams
Requirements
- a background within function test and/or development with SW in focus
- manager experience, from an agile context, with a mindset to build strong teams through trust, clarity and genuine support
- the ability to show empathy in your daily leadership, bring a positive mindset and help the team to stay focused when things around them change
- a genuine interest in how techniques, processes and methods are integrated to create optimized workflows
- a graduate degree in engineering or equivalent
- knowledge of English and Swedish, both in written and spoken form
