About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and own the reference IAM capability framework and design patterns
- Position identity as the policy decision and enforcement foundation for Zero Trust
- Translate standards e.g. ISO/IEC 27K and NIST SP 800-series into clear architectural guardrails and technical guidance
- Ensure IAM capabilities support auditability, compliance, and risk reduction
- Drive alignment through Architecture forums, Design reviews, Communities of practice
- Facilitate and inspire a virtual community of IAM tech leads
- Collaborate closely with Security Architecture, Cloud, Application and product teams
Requirements
- Experience in leading large enterprises with strategic architecture
- Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA or Zachman
- Leading expertise within IAM Reference Architecture
- Passion for Zero Trust, security-by-design, and capability building
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
