About the role

  • Video Editor & Graphic Designer creating engaging content for executive learning and networking opportunities. Contributing to community growth by delivering quality audio-visual insights.

Responsibilities

  • Edit podcast and event recordings into polished, engaging content
  • Produce short-form video snippets that achieve measurable engagement on LinkedIn
  • Add subtitles, transitions, overlays, and light animation (no advanced motion design required)
  • Improve storytelling, pacing, and content quality over time
  • Create visual assets for podcasts, social media, websites, and events
  • Design simple and effective event visuals (promo materials, banners, recap slides)
  • Clean up audio (noise reduction, leveling), and handle intro and outro placement
  • Own the creative domain end to end
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver, solving problems before they become blockers

Requirements

  • Strong experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.)
  • Solid graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.)
  • Intermediate audio editing abilities
  • Strong understanding of social media formats, especially LinkedIn
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and structured workflows
  • English on min. C1 Level, as it is our corporate language
  • Nice to Have: German language skills (A2–B1+). Helpful, but not required
