About the role

  • Product Designer at Satispay ensuring intuitive interactions across products for user and business alignment. Focused on collaboration, user research, and data-informed decisions in a dynamic fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Improve interfaces and user flows for our consumer app and the various products within the Satispay B2B ecosystem.
  • Design consistent and high-performing experiences across different platforms, including our mobile apps, B2B dashboards, and internal consoles.
  • Conduct user research and testing to identify pain points, ensuring the user’s voice is heard throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure that final features meet both technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Analyze app usage data and user feedback to optimize existing features and validate new design concepts.
  • Monitor technology trends and competitor moves in the fintech space to propose valuable improvements for our ecosystem.
  • Partner with Customer Care and QA teams to monitor feedback, fix bugs, and ensure the product remains consistent and high-performing.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in product design, specifically with mobile and web applications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of information architecture, usability, and data visualization, with expert-level proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct research, run A/B tests/surveys, and translate complex data into simple, intuitive design solutions.
  • A collection of work that demonstrates systems thinking and core design skills across mobile and web platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is highly recommended.
  • Professional fluency in English is required to collaborate within our international offices.
