About the role

  • Research and Innovation Analyst at Santillana, connecting users and product teams through actionable insights. Focus on educational technology and qualitative/quantitative research methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Propose, design and lead research initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and oversee qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Ensure quality, methodological rigor and ethical standards in research processes.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable and strategic insights.
  • Facilitate and participate in ideation and rapid validation processes, including prototypes and tests in schools/partner organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, pedagogy, marketing and commercial teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, continuous improvement and new research lines.
  • Support coordination in preparing internal training for product teams on topics related to the education market and product culture.
  • Contribute to the design of products with innovative, inspiring learning journeys that are connected to real market challenges.

Requirements

  • More than two years of experience in research, product, UX research, educational innovation or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education (Pedagogy), Human or Social Sciences, Psychology, Data Science, UX Research or related fields.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on decision-making.
  • Excellent synthesis skills and data-driven storytelling.
  • Experience with basic education, edtechs, and educational products.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and discovery and prototyping processes.
  • Experience supporting internal training or corporate learning programs.
  • Basic level of English or Spanish.
