About the role
- Controlling Manager in a leading insurance brokerage group analyzing financial results and supporting business performance. Involvement in budgeting, reporting, and strategic business activities.
Responsibilities
- Réaliser et analyser les comptes de résultat mensuels et annuels
- Participer à l’élaboration du budget et à son suivi mensuel
- Développer et analyser des tableaux de bord de suivi des activités business de l’entreprise (B2B et B2C) sur notre outil de BI « Tableau »
- Accompagner les directions métiers, dans un esprit « business partner », dans l’analyse de la rentabilité et le pilotage de la performance de leurs activités
- Participer à l’élaboration et à la mise à jour du business plan du Groupe
- Produire des études ponctuelles à la demande de la Direction générale ou des directions métiers.
Requirements
- Bac+5 en finance, comptabilité ou gestion
- Solides connaissances en comptabilité et finance
- Maîtrise de l’analyse et du traitement de l’information comptable et financière
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et idéalement de l’outil de BI « Tableau »
- Expérience préalable en contrôle de gestion ou audit de minimum 3 ans hors alternance.
- Esprit de rigueur et de synthèse.
- Sens du travail en équipe et bonnes qualités relationnelles.
