Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Design, HCI or related field
- 10+ years of experience creating strategy and designing products
- Proven experience in creative/design operation and management
- Dynamic design portfolio showing design process and shipped products
- Experience managing team of UX/Design professionals in large scale organizations
- Advanced Product Design skills and Human-Centered design methods
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Expert knowledge and experience with Design Systems and various platform human interface guidelines
- Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
