About the role
- Supply Chain Manager developing and optimizing supply chain interactions with third-party organizations. Ensuring balance between demand and supply and enhancing supply chain performance for Sandoz.
Responsibilities
- Lead the governance of Supply Chain interactions with third-party organizations across Sandoz ESO suppliers through projects to maximize optimize supply chain set ups and value creation between the parties.
- Drive enterprise-wide assessment of supply chain performance and capabilities to cover market needs in line with the Sandoz strategy.
- Develop the “Demand & Supply Plan” for the tactical horizon (3/4 to 24-36 months) ensuring adequate balancing between supply and demand.
- Support and collaborate with SRMs and ESO Regional SCM Lead to establish optimal Supply Plan and monitor deviations versus budget.
- Work with the SC team in establishing required supply models based on supplier, portfolio, demand mix and optimize key supply chain processes.
- Support the ESO SCM Head for effective deployment into Region of supply chain processes including innovative planning models.
Requirements
- A higher education degree in a technical, economic, or scientific field is required; a relevant university degree is considered an advantage.
- Functional knowledge of English; another language (written and spoken) is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in any of the fields of supply chain management, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
