Responsibilities
Management of various clients
Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical facility management
Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to staff
Independently planning maintenance and repair activities
Assisting in the implementation of major building maintenance projects and smaller new-build, renovation and extension projects in the building services/technical trades
Cost optimization of technical and infrastructural FM services
Scheduling, coordination and performance monitoring of external service providers
Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in Facility Management, building services/utilities engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
Leadership experience and an entrepreneurial/commercial mindset
Sound knowledge of technical facility management
Customer-focused demeanor and strong organizational skills
Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, experience with CAFM systems
Driving license class B (car)
