About the role
- Area Manager overseeing technical facility management, leading staff, and ensuring regulations are met for various clients in Germany. Planning maintenance and coordinating construction projects in the field of building technology.
Responsibilities
- Management of various clients
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of all relevant regulations and guidelines for technical facility management
- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to staff
- Independently planning maintenance and repair activities
- Assisting in the implementation of major building maintenance projects and smaller new-build, renovation and extension projects in the building services/technical trades
- Cost optimization of technical and infrastructural FM services
- Scheduling, coordination and performance monitoring of external service providers
- Close collaboration with our maintenance technicians
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in Facility Management, building services/utilities engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Leadership experience and an entrepreneurial/commercial mindset
- Sound knowledge of technical facility management
- Customer-focused demeanor and strong organizational skills
- Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, experience with CAFM systems
- Driving license class B (car)
