Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of TDHS Community Care services
Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care meeting all funding, legislative and regulatory requirements
Coordinate care, oversee electronic health records and statutory reporting, manage budgets and routine expenditure
Ensure efficient service delivery in line with organisational policy
Build and support a high-performing team through workforce planning, recruitment, performance development and training
Requirements
Experienced leader in community or aged care
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Aged Care Quality Standards, CHSP, Home Care Packages and HACC
Proven experience in program management, budgeting, compliance, audit readiness and workforce leadership
Advanced communication and digital skills
