Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area, and/or Certified Property Manager certificate
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience managing multiple commercial properties
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of insurance, property liability, and maintenance practices
