About the role

  • Finance Assistant supporting financial processes for health and safety company in São Paulo. Organizing payment documents, managing accounts payable, and maintaining financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Support in verifying, organizing and preparing documents for payments
  • Record entries and maintain accounts payable controls in the Omie ERP
  • Monitor payment deadlines, ensuring due dates are met
  • Assist in supplier relations for payment clarifications
  • Keep supplier registration data up to date in the ERP and in control spreadsheets
  • Assist in organizing financial reports and controls

Requirements

  • Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields)
  • Knowledge of or interest in financial routines, especially accounts payable
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Comfortable with systems and digital tools (Omie ERP is desirable)
