Responsibilities
Take on operational and strategic financial responsibility in a fast-growing tech company
Build a scalable finance infrastructure
Implement professional reporting processes
Prepare robust budgets and forecasts
Establish a strategic, functioning controlling system with relevant SaaS KPIs
Regularly analyze business performance and derive concrete action recommendations
Support optimization of the revenue engine
Prepare detailed budgets and business plans
Responsible for rolling forecasts and liquidity planning
Communicate with investors, auditors and tax advisors
Build and lead a finance team over time
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Controlling
3 years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in finance, ideally in tech, SaaS or scale-up environments
Proven experience in building reporting systems and finance processes
Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Confident use of tools in both controlling and accounting areas (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or similar BI tools, accounting software)
Strong hands-on mentality — you actively roll up your sleeves and are not afraid of operational work
Analytical thinking and the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights
