Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Controlling

- Proven experience in building reporting systems and finance processes
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Confident use of tools in both controlling and accounting areas (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI or similar BI tools, accounting software)
- Strong hands-on mentality — you actively roll up your sleeves and are not afraid of operational work
- Analytical thinking and the ability to translate numbers into clear, actionable insights
