Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud, Bseller, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing.
- Experience in functional analysis, process mapping, and business rules.
- Familiarity with tools such as DevOps, Postman, VSCode, Notion, Trello, Monday, Airtable, and ChatGPT.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, automation, and business-applied AI.
- Knowledge of omnichannel journeys, UX, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Knowledge of systems architecture and solution design.
