About the role

  • Senior Vice President leading Workplace Services at Salesforce. Overseeing global workplace and facilities strategy while ensuring operational excellence and innovative services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Salesforce’s global workplace and facilities strategy
  • Serve as a key member of the REWS leadership team
  • Oversee the Global Hospitality and Facilities Management Centers of Excellence (COEs)
  • Deliver meaningful, customer-centric event and hospitality experiences
  • Assume fiscal responsibility for Workplace Services through financial planning
  • Ensure workplace solutions reflect cultural and regional diversity
  • Assess, evolve, and optimize global facilities management service models
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with peers, senior leaders, and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations and industry standards

Requirements

  • 20+ years of progressive global corporate experience in workplace management, corporate real estate, and employee experience
  • Ability in managing tactical execution while maintaining a strategic focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, subject to frequently changing priorities, utilizing problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing a geographically dispersed professional team while supporting an organization during a time of rapid growth
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones worldwide
  • International travel, approximately 25% of the time, as needed
  • Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
