Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Salesforce’s global workplace and facilities strategy
Serve as a key member of the REWS leadership team
Oversee the Global Hospitality and Facilities Management Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Deliver meaningful, customer-centric event and hospitality experiences
Assume fiscal responsibility for Workplace Services through financial planning
Ensure workplace solutions reflect cultural and regional diversity
Assess, evolve, and optimize global facilities management service models
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team
Establish and maintain strong partnerships with peers, senior leaders, and external vendors
Ensure compliance with all applicable local regulations and industry standards
Requirements
20+ years of progressive global corporate experience in workplace management, corporate real estate, and employee experience
Ability in managing tactical execution while maintaining a strategic focus
Ability to work effectively in a service-oriented environment, subject to frequently changing priorities, utilizing problem-solving skills and sound judgment
Proven track record of successfully coaching and developing a geographically dispersed professional team while supporting an organization during a time of rapid growth
Willingness to work a flexible schedule across multiple time zones worldwide
International travel, approximately 25% of the time, as needed
Professional certifications in facilities management (e.g., CFM, FMP) are a plus
