Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design for desktop or mobile
- a strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and craft
- experience leading design on complex or unclear problems
- deep understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, and motion design
- experience working closely with Product and Engineering partners
- ability to explain your ideas clearly and influence decisions
- experience designing systems that scale to many users
- strong attention to quality, accessibility, and detail
- proven experience using AI in the design process to inform decisions, accelerate iteration, and deliver stronger design outcomes
