About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead executive communications strategy and execution across multiple portfolios, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery against key objectives
- Develop clear, compelling, and audience-relevant communications by synthesizing business priorities, technical processes, and industry trends
- Partner closely with senior executives, business leaders, project teams, and global communications colleagues to shape initiatives, refine messaging, and develop new ideas
- Provide strategic counsel and creative communications solutions that influence decision-making and drive measurable results
- Own and continuously improve executive communications processes, establishing best practices and operational rigor
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations, advocating for communications strategies and ensuring leaders are set up for success in high-visibility moments
- Manage resources across multiple portfolios, balancing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Use metrics, reporting, and insights to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of communications experience supporting senior executives or high-profile spokespeople
- Proven track record leading complex, enterprise-wide, cross-functional communications programs in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Strong executive presence with the judgment and confidence to advise and influence senior leaders in real time
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
- Strength in packaging content across a range of channels, including written communications, presentations, speeches, video scripting, and media messaging
- Strategic and critical thinker with a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Knowledge of the technology/software industry. Financial communications experience a bonus
